Chris Cox, Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Senior engineer with 30 years of experience in system development, a subject matter expert in RF/Optics engineering and orbital mechanics specializing in phased arrays for radars and satellite communication antennas. Recent experience focused in the area of Space Superiority and Space Domain Awareness solutions to include all aspects of satellite and resident space object tracking, telemetry, and command and control - successfully leading efforts from development to operations.

Senior leader with 30 years of experience in all aspects of military acquisitions, from cutting-edge directed energy laboratory projects to rapid space systems acquisition and fielding. Proven success in creative problem solving, innovative strategic planning, and timely execution. Prior to joining Keystone, Mary Lou led a $3B+ portfolio filling urgent capability gaps for US Air Force and US Space Force Combatant Commands.

Senior engineer with 27 years of experience in space and missile systems including architecture and mechanical design, manufacturing, systems engineering, mission analysis, and concepts of operations (CONOPS) development. Recent experience focused in mission management and command & control (C2) solution development for Space Superiority systems.
Denise Gonzales, Senior Systems Engineer
Senior engineer with over 30 years of experience in ground systems and satellite bus and payload development. Focus on system architecture, requirements, integration, and test, specifically for RF systems and Telemetry, Command and Ranging systems. Prior to joining Keystone, Denise supported Raytheon new business acquisition architecture, requirements, and Video production for visual representation and promotion of Concept of Operations.
